Features
- Specially designed for the circuit board waterproof, anti-corrosion, insulation protection, the shell is also waterproof.
- The standard TTL232 communication microport makes it easy to monitor the system on your computer. (RS485, short-range wireless optional), with USB to RS232 cable, the data exchange between the controller and the computer is very convenient.
- Enhanced MPPT input technology. The controller offers wind turbine automatic MPPT(Input Maximum Power Tracking) mode, or 5-section matching curve input configuration mode (RPM vs input current curve, or input voltage vs input current curve) to maximize power generation efficiency at low wind speeds.
- Multiple output modes. The controller offers multiple output modes (light control, time control, morning light) for a variety of applications. The controller can calculate the accumulated power generation, remaining power, speed, current, temperature and other data.
- The controller can display not only the conventional data such as the output current/voltage/power of the wind turbine/solar panel/battery, but also the cumulative power generated by the wind/solar energy, the remaining battery power and RPM.

Features
- Adaptive impedance matching between wind turbine and load to maximize energy utilization. Wind turbines, batteries and loads all have internal resistance. According to the impedance matching
principle, only when the input impedance is equal to the output impedance, the power utilization is maximized and the maximum power is obtained. To protect the wind turbine from over speed, over voltage and over current, the maximum speed, maximum voltage and maximum current of the wind turbine can be set. - Intelligent limit the maximum battery current
The maximum capacity of the battery can be set by this controller. Based on the set maximum capacity,the controller can calculate the maximum charging current so that the battery will be protected. When the wind turbine voltage is lower than the battery voltage, the controller can perform boost charging. When the wind turbine voltage is higher than the battery voltage, the generator adjusts to buck charging to improve the wind energy utilization. - USB function
Record the working data of the controller through USB disk. Users can analyze the data on PC. Realize the monitoring, data storage and analysis of the whole system. Program can be upgraded through serial interface. Connect PC and controller through serial interface. You can set parameters on PC and controller at the same time. The software is free, easy to operate, and requires no installation. - Anemometer function
Wind speed can be displayed on LCD for easy observation.

Features
- The big screen LCD display. Clearly present the working status of the wind turbine, solar panel, battery and controller.
- PWM constant voltage control is 120% of the rated power of the wind turbine . In case exceeding of PWM’s capacity, the three-phase dump load will automatically start immediately to ensure safe running of the overall wind turbine system.
- Under the circumstances of disconnecting or damage of the battery, the three-phase dump load will start automatically to avoid the idling for wind turbine and the occurrence of runaway accident.
- Under the strong or super-strong wind conditions PWM control to ensure battery charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage and current.
- The protection function of reverse connection, disconnection and damage-resisting of the battery will be applied.
- Over-charging protection of the battery: When the battery is full (the battery voltage getting 125% of the rated voltage), the controller will carry out three-phase dump load automatically to stop charging the battery.
- Auto recharging of battery: When the battery voltage reduces to 108% of the rated voltage, it stops three-phase dump load to recharge battery automatically.
- For the different wind turbine type, the controller can be equipped with mechanical yawing, furled empennage, mechanical or hydraulic, pneumatic, electric magnetic and other brake functions.
- The inside of the controller is equipped with surge arrester. Contain the over voltage into the wind turbine under the bearable voltage of the equipment or system. On the other way, to conduct the strong lightening current into the earth directly to avoid any damage of equipment.
- Ammeter and voltmeter indication: Indicate the charging current and voltage of the battery.
- The controller is equipped with manual three-phase dump load switch. To using this switch, the wind turbine will carry out three-phase dump load forcibly.
